I have a query which may sound silly but I was wondering if you could help me. I find it very overwhelming to plan for the year. I do it month after month.
What is the best way to do it for the year so that I am not stressed or anxious? Do you know what I mean?

As my 4th grade teacher used to say: there are no silly questions – just silly answers. I’ll do my best to give you a good answer here today.
First off, if you’re planning a month at a time you should be proud. You’re doing much better than the majority of planners who plan only a week or day at a time.
Having a yearly plan is important because it allows you to establish a path toward your long-term goals. It’s the big picture of your life. If it makes you feel stressed and anxious it may be that you’re creating unreasonable expectations in what you hope to accomplish.
I recommend that you try creating some goals for this year and set a series of achievable milestones you can accomplish each month. Set these into your weekly and daily plans. If you continue to feel anxious, I urge you to consider whether you truly want to achieve these goals.
