  1. I work from home and I do not have a large client base, so I tend to work when there is work to be done. When I have lag time between projects I will take ME time then…sometimes, after weeks of little breaks, I will take an ENTIRE weekday off to totally and completely vegetate and do things like eating ice cream while catching up on some favorite tv shows.

I am a firm believer in ME time….your mental and physical health depends on it!

You do need to find out what works best for you — there is never a one-size fits all. Try various suggestions, modify them until you find one that works.

    1. Thank you for the great comment Chris! Having ME time is so vital to your productivity. We take for granted how necessary it is to have time for recharging our batteries. I like your tip on taking small breaks and then one big break. Thanks for reading!

  2. Can’t find a “print” icon for these articles. Have to copy and paste to Word, then print. Am I missing it?

    1. L, at the very bottom of every post there is a set of sharing icons, with “Print” being one. Hope this helps.

  3. When do you find “You” time, and what do you do with it? Nap or read Christian books.
What is the first task you will delay, avoid, or put-off doing each day? Confronting individuals with conflict.
Have you ever “Eaten the Frog” (Tip #7)? About to this evening.
Is your desk overflowing? How do you make that a productive part of your life? Never overflows, just sorted. More “trashing” and delegating than ever=relief.

    1. L, thanks for sharing. Love to hear how the Frog tasted? It’s never easy tackling that one most difficult task on your list. Hope you had a productive week!
