My simple answer is yes. Outlook lets you set its print settings to 2-pages in one sheet. I would print your contact list on 8×11 paper this way, cut it down the middle, and then use our 7 hole puncher. It’s a small investment that will allow you to be more flexible down the road. if you have more questions please email me.
