I've combined the electronic Palm software--hotsyncing with my Treo, and schedule each day in the morning, print out the schedule on a Daytimer page, carry that page with me on a small clipboard throughout the day, adding notes/names & numbers, then typing in updates to hotsync at the end of the day. I've done various versions of this with Daytimer for 28 years. Before the Palm/Treo, it was just typing a to-do list in Word, and now it's graduated up to Outlook and a Blackberry. I have gray Daytimer Storage Binders from 1986--green binders from 1982. I document everything and it pays off thousands of times over! Helps me keep track of clients throughout my 28 years of real estate. Staying organized keeps me ahead of the competition!

Jim -

Currently we do not have an iPhone® app that synchronizes with a desktop PC task list management program. You may want to check out our Print Your Own™ Pages, which work in conjunction with Microsoft Outlook® (2003, 2007). Go to <a href="http://www.daytimer.com/pyo" rel="nofollow">www.daytimer.com/pyo</a> to learn more.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve upon our product offering and your comments will be shared with our product development team.

Does your iPhone app synchronize with a desktop PC task list management program? I am looking for one that will work on my desktop and synch with my iPhone. So far, no luck. If your app does not, do you have any recommendations? In advance, thank you.

Thanks for the suggestions; I especially like the reminder to experiment with the presets, and Paul's suggestion to not necessarily zoom in, but to crop later. Another example of experimenting to see what works best. Maybe take two shots, one zoomed and one not, if the timing allows. As a result of a new business I started, I only recently realized how much fun photography is and am about to take a class to maximize my fun! Thanks for the starter pointers.

"With a wealth of options" - why aren't you selling me one? Where is the link that takes me to this software and to these options? All of your links take me to more talk - very frustrating.

Yes, Daytimer could present more options for pda gadgets and paper planning. I like to track tasks with my Centro but keep all my appointments in two page per week planner (compact). I have been buying used (from the Store) PDA holders (for my earlier Palm TX), but would appreciate a model that held the standard compact refill plus notebooks and had a clasp to operate the PDA within the unit (for the compact). What do you recommend?

Donna -

Thanks for your inquiry. In response, Yes! Day-Timer does have a great new product called Print Your Own™ Pages. This easy-to-follow software comes with a pack of paper, available in classic Day-Timer Green or in a Pink Ribbon theme, to support breast cancer research. Visit <a href="http://www.daytimer.com/pyo" rel="nofollow">www.daytimer.com/pyo</a> and <a href="http://www.daytimer.com/pyopink" rel="nofollow">www.daytimer.com/pyopink</a> to learn more!
