I am looking for a dated 2010 refill for the desk size SmarTech+ planner. Where can I get one?
I’ve been searching on the internet for one and I can’t find it. Has this product been discontinued? I fell in love with it’s concept and layout this year and hope to get a refill for next year.

Hello Elizabeth –
In response to your inquiry, the SmarTech® Planner is no longer available. We do, however, have a similar product available through our retail channels. It is called our DualView Planner. We have used the software Daytimer for years and worked great for us at the office, since it is no longer available nor is there any tech support for it, are you considering releasing the software again?

Thank you for your comments. They will be shared with our marketing and product development teams. Day-Timer is working on some new electronic solutions that we hope to have available at the end of this year or in 2010.

I have been an avid Daytimer user for years. However, I find now that with everything moving to electronic storage and access, that I HAVE to have a planner system that I can use right from my Outlook software instead of laboriously writing everything down in my planner from Outlook. its just not efficient. Franklin Covey has a great software out called PlanPlus for Outlook and I was wondering when you guys are going to get on that bandwagon? I hate to switch, but I have to if Daytimer cannot keep up with the changing times.

I was wondering if you had thought of making a zippered credit card wallet like the open wallet #4743. I really like the zippered wallet as I carry this in my back pocket and it keeps dirt etc from getting in. The problem with the current zippered wallet is the token/coin pocket on the outside. The zipper on this wears a hole in your pocket, and I never use this feature anyway. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Hello Kenneth,
Thanks for your feedback. We take all product requests into account. I would like to suggest that you check out our Pocket Armorhide® Cowhide Wallet. It is zippered and the tough urethane coating protects against scuffs and stains. For more information on this product, check out http://www.daytimer.com and type 4846 into the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

I am looking for a refill for my journal, but it is not any of the choices the website offers. It is 2 days per page. It is a Desk Daily Journal, I got it in 2007. The month and date are printed for you, you just add the Day. And there is a thumbnail type monthly calender for that month at the top. Each page is listed as Activities/Notes.
